TRUST...firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something, a person or thing in which confidence is placed.
Often times trust is something we think about when it comes to others, we will say or hear someone say, trust was broken with an individual or that once the trust is gone the relationship will never be the same, matters of trust can be the ultimate deal breaker. If you’re on the other end you know it can be a lot of work proving you are trustworthy after trust has been broken, many have heard the saying, trust takes years to build, seconds to break, and forever to repair. Trust is invaluable.
I’m taking a another look...
How about ‘self-trust’ is this any different, have you broken trust with yourself due to inconsistency, lack of faith or belief?
Personally, I have had to Trust my instincts, the subtle whispers, the countless confirmations and most of all God that what I am doing is in alignment with my purpose.
Do you trust yourself?
Do you trust that there is purpose in your life?
Do you trust that you have what it takes to fulfill your purpose?
