pro·tect
keep someone or something safe from harm, injury, damage, aim to preserve
People will protect who/what they love... children, family, prized possessions, etc. but are challenged with protecting their peace, their enthusiasm, their personal space and most of all their individuality and their gifts from negative people and naysayers, too often we allow the ideas and thoughts of others determine how we show up.
I am responsible for my physical, emotional and spiritual well-being, repeat, I am responsible for my physical, emotional and spiritual well-being and those with the best intentions don’t always know what’s best, as well, not everyone has your best interest at heart!!! I have to protect every area of my life, I was created for a specific purpose that requires ME.
