Weekend Practice for the Week....

SERENITY... state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled a disposition free from anxiety, stress or emotion.

I have been practicing this mindset for some time now, waking up early and setting my intentions on a calm, peaceful, and stress free day, believing everything will be alright. I realized I was waiting for the weekend to experience these feelings, as if that was what weekends are for, and now I’ve shifted to... weekends are practice for the week. A state of serenity should be a daily experience.
