My weekend was beyond amazing, celebrating love and community with family and friends, I spent very little time at home which isn’t unusual these days. Physically I needed rest, but mentally I needed a boost/recharge, I knew my mental energy was low and I found myself submerged in a few of Oprah’s older shows which are always a source of inspiration and enlightenment. I’m so thankful I’m in tune with myself and know when I need to rest and reset. Never underestimate the impact your energy has on others and the spaces you enter.
